Welcome to Armofix. By accessing or using our website, specifying, or purchasing our premium waterproofing membranes, high-strength tile adhesives, or construction chemicals, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or products.
Armofix products are formulated through rigorous chemical engineering and manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 guidelines. All physical performance benchmarks, including elongation, tensile strength, dry time, and coverage capacity, are specified on our Technical Data Sheets (TDS). Customers must review the TDS prior to specifications or applications.
To qualify for Armofix performance warranties (including our standard 15-Year Waterproofing Warranty), all systems must be installed by certified application professionals. Substrate soundness, moisture content tests, mechanical bonding requirements, mixing ratios, and application temperature thresholds must strictly follow Armofix application guidelines.
Armofix Chemicals Inc. is not liable for structural degradation, water ingress, or bonding failures resulting from deficient substrate preparation, structural settling beyond specified material elongation capacities, application in sub-optimal weather conditions, or dilution of chemical formulas with unapproved thinning agents.
All patent intellectual property associated with Armofix formulations, trade secrets, polymer modifications, trademark product titles (e.g., PU-500, Grip Max), structural system details, logo assets, and technical literature are the sole property of Armofix Chemicals Inc. Any unauthorized replication is strictly prohibited.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any legal actions or arbitration arising from the purchase, specification, or application of Armofix products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York, USA.
